9Ubet Casino for Kenyan Players

Company and Licensing Information for 9Ubet

I always start a review by checking who runs the site. 9Ubet passes this first check well, because it names its operator, its Nairobi address and its licence numbers.

Glostar Trading Co Limited as Operator

Glostar Trading Co Limited operates the 9Ubet brand. The company lists its address as Crescent Business Center, 8th floor, Parklands, Nairobi.

I like seeing a local address, because it tells me who stands behind the brand. The site also uses a .co.ke domain and a Kenyan phone number for support.

BCLB Licence Numbers

According to the operator, 9Ubet is authorized and regulated by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB). It lists these two licences:

I recommend noting these numbers. They give you a concrete reference when you check a betting site.

Age Limit and Responsible Gambling Tools

9Ubet is for players aged 18 and over. I noticed that the sign-up form makes you confirm your age with a checkbox.

The platform does not offer loans or betting on credit, so you can bet only with your own deposited funds. I see that as a sensible rule. If you need a break, you can ask support about these options:

• Account deactivation pauses or closes your account.
• Self-exclusion blocks betting for a set period and cannot simply be reversed on request during that period.

Betting always carries a risk of loss, so I suggest setting your budget before you play.

9Ubet Account Setup and Access

The setup process looks simple to me. The registration and login forms are short, and each one fits on a single mobile screen.

Registration With a Kenyan Mobile Number

To register, you need an active Safaricom number. Airtel and other networks are not currently supported for registration.

These are the steps I found on the form:

1. Open 9Ubet.co.ke and tap the green Join button.
2. Enter your Safaricom number after +254.
3. Tap Get Code and enter the SMS code.
4. Enter your password twice.
5. Add a referral code if a friend invited you.
6. Tick the age and terms checkbox.
7. Tap Create New Account.

The referral code is optional. Your account is created immediately, so you can move straight to your first deposit.

Login and Password Reset

To log in, you only need your registered number and password. I also spotted a Keep me logged in checkbox, which I would use only on my personal phone.

The Forgot Password? link sits just above the Log In button. A reset works like this:

1. Tap Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your registered number.
3. Enter the SMS code.
4. Choose a new password with letters and numbers.

If you see "user not found" or "invalid credentials," check your details first. Then contact support if the message remains.

App Installation and APK Status

The official source for the Android app is the Google Play Store. You can reach it through the Download App page on 9Ubet.co.ke. The app covers betting, Aviator, deposits and withdrawals.

Google Play handles the installation, so you do not need a separate APK file. I would avoid any APK from another site or a messaging app, because an unknown file can put your account at risk.

The Download App page also shows an App Store badge for Apple devices. If you prefer not to install anything, the mobile site is another good option.

9Ubet Betting Products

What I like most here is the variety on one account. The Soccer, Casino and Crash tabs at the top make it easy to switch between products.

Sportsbook Markets and Multibets

Football leads the sportsbook, and the coverage goes beyond the top European leagues. I saw the UEFA Europa League and England's Premier League, along with matches from Rwanda and Zambia. The official information also names the Champions League, La Liga and the Kenyan Premier League.

The market tabs are easy to follow:

Multibets give you bigger potential winnings, but every selection must win. The rule I would remember is that a voided selection also makes the whole multibet lose. Cash-out is available on some bets.

Slots and Fishing Games

The casino lobby sorts games into Home, All, Hot and New tabs. The Hot section showed me Fortune Garuda-500, Big Bass Bonanza 3 Reeler, Hot to Burn Multiplier and Super Niubi.

If you enjoy Pragmatic Play slots, look for Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush. These titles can also qualify for Drops & Wins. Fishing games have a separate menu item, which makes them easy to find.

Live Casino Tables

Casino Live has its own lobby, with real dealers running the games in real time. I found Speed Baccarat there, along with Super MB and W Viet Tai Xiu.

The lobby also has Hot and New sections. When I looked, the New section displayed a counter of 80 titles, so there is a good amount to explore.

Aviator and Crash Games

Aviator, also known as Kandege, gets its own place in the top menu. You place a stake and cash out before the rising multiplier ends. If the round ends first, you lose your stake.

I also found 9U League and Ligi Moto in the lobby, and the Miles rules name Jet Crash, JetX, Aviatrix, CarX and CrashX. If you like fast rounds, this is the section I would try first. I would also set a limit before starting, because the rounds move quickly.

9Ubet Financial Operations and Bonus Conditions

The payment process is familiar to any M-Pesa user. The bonus section is much larger, and I recommend reading its rollover rules before you claim anything.

Deposits Through Paybill 989878

The 9Ubet Paybill number is 989878, and the minimum deposit is KES 10. 9Ubet does not charge a deposit fee.

1. Open M-PESA on your phone.
2. Select Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
3. Enter 989878 as the business number.
4. Enter your registered 9Ubet number as the account number.
5. Enter the amount and your M-PESA PIN.

According to 9Ubet, most deposits reflect instantly. If yours delays, send support a clear screenshot of the full M-PESA message.

Withdrawals to M-Pesa and Airtel Money

You can withdraw your winnings to M-Pesa or Airtel Money. 9Ubet says that most withdrawals are fast and often instant, depending on your provider.

1. Log in and tap the profile icon at the top right.
2. Select Withdraw.
3. Enter an amount within the allowed limits.
4. Choose your payment method and confirm.

If your balance looks low, I would first check open bets and the bonus wallet. Those are two common explanations for a difference.

Cashback, Rebate and Deposit Bonuses

The range of regular rewards impressed me. You can receive money back on your play and extra rewards for staying active.

My favourite is the Daily Rebate, because it applies whether you win or lose and has no wagering. Remember that Happy Monday must be claimed manually on Monday.

Tournament and Referral Rewards

If you enjoy competition, these rewards are worth a look. I would start with the offer that matches the games you already play.

• The Aviator Miles Challenge pays up to KES 20,000 daily to the top players.
• Drops & Wins offers up to KES 390,000 in daily tournaments on selected Pragmatic Play slots.
• The Leaderboard Challenge pays up to KES 40,000 for the monthly top spot.
• Jenga Mbogi lets you earn up to KES 500,000 through your referral network.

Drops & Wins needs a weekly opt-in through the pop-up in a participating game. The Aviator Miles Challenge and the Leaderboard Challenge start automatically.

Rollover Rules for Bonus Withdrawals

A rollover shows how many times you must bet a bonus before you can withdraw it. I was pleased to see that many offers here have low requirements.

For example, a KES 39 Happy Monday bonus requires KES 117 in total bets. I recommend checking each offer before you claim it, because 9Ubet can change its terms.

9Ubet Support Channels

9Ubet support is available 24/7 through three channels. I like having both phone and WhatsApp options, because they suit different situations.

Have your registered number and a relevant screenshot ready. Overall, I see 9Ubet as a solid choice for Kenyan players who want low-cost entry and regular rewards. If that sounds like you, sign up and try it within your budget.
